Please join us to kick off a new year with Delta Gamma, a fun night to re-connect with your sisters, and see what's ahead for the New Year. Ernie from "Guide Dogs of Texas" will be there with a new guide dog for us to meet. October Dockings Tuesday, October 25, 9:30AM Zeta Eta House - 2390 Post Road, San Marcos, TX We will meet at the Costco on Interstate 35 at 9:30 AM to carpool to the Zeta Eta House in San Marcos, arrive there at 10:30. Their House Mother will give us a tour of the house and we will have a short meeting. Afterwards we will go to lunch in San Marcos with some of the girls. November Dockings Tuesday, November 15, 6:30PM Biltmore Inspirations Location - 13010 Kings Forest, 78230 Co-Hostesses: Kayla Rice, Kristen Jahns, Carol Aldridge, Jan Cohen, Jane Stiles, Sharon Starnes, and Dana Ingram Please come to hear about Biltmore Inspirations, a brand new company offering beautiful entertaining pieces for the home, delicious food and more. More information can be found as well on www.biltmoreinspirations.com. This will be our only fundraiser for the year and all purchases will help raise money for Delta Gamma. Just in time to get Christmas Presents and things for yourself! January Dockings Saturday, January 21, 6:30PM "Nautical New Year" Couples Party Location - 234 Parklane Drive, Olmos Park Co-Hostesses: The Board Members Bring your husband, friend or just yourself this New Year, and resolve to have fun! Let's get together to ring in the New Year! February Dockings Tuesday, February 28, 6:30PM Soup and Sliders Dinner Event Location - 7139 Callaghan Road, Oak Hills Area, 78229 Co-Hostesses: Margaret Rote, Patsy Warncky, Pat Peak, Marcia Holliman, Nancy Duggar, and Geri McCorkindale Our own Joan Seifert will introduce to us stories that "Flow from Many Springs", her recently published poetry collection. Proceeds from book sales will be shared with Delta Gamma. ***Please bring your eggs filled with wrapped candy for the Easter Egg Hunt! Election of officers will take place at this event. Saturday, March 24 Easter Egg Hunt for visually impaired children and their families Location and Time: TBA Please plan to bring refreshments and help with the hunt. April Dockings Saturday, April 28 - Morning King William Parade Location - 433 Madison, King William Historic District Bring friends and family for brunch and a view from Nancy's front porch for this fun Fiesta parade. Afterwards, wander down to the fair and enjoy this beautiful historic area. May Dockings Saturday, May 12 - Morning Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" The Madge K. Caplis Anchored in Hope Team will walk/run together-come and join us! More details will follow in the spring.
